Please note: In the event that an item has been priced incorrectly due to genuine human error, we will contact you to discuss. Due to the number of variations and sizes on offer, your order is always checked by our staff for accuracy before we send your items.
We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 7 days of delivery provided we receive the goods returned in original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the purchaser. Please email us your intention to return items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your specific problem and we’ll get back to you promptly.
We process all sales within 2 business day. All items are sent with international shipping companies (TNT, UPS, …). Delivery is usually within between 4 and 10 business days, depending on the country.
